Founded in 1924, Berkhamsted Sports Grounds (BSG) has been providing facilities and support to sport across Berkhamsted for over a century, and becoming a member club puts the Dragons right at the heart of that network.

Netball is a new sport at the BSGCA table and since launching in 2022 as Phoenix BNC, we've grown from a brand new club into a thriving netball community, and joining BSG feels like a huge milestone in that journey.

As a member club, we now sit alongside eight of Berkhamsted's major sports clubs, including:
• Berkhamsted Football Club (The Comrades)
• Berkhamsted Raiders CFC
• Berkhamsted & Hemel Hempstead Hockey Club
• Berkhamsted Golf Club
• Berkhamsted Tennis & Squash Racket Club
• Berkhamsted Cricket Club
• Berkhamsted Rugby Club
• Berkhamsted Bowls Club

For us, this is about more than just recognition. It's about being part of something bigger, a network that is committed to keeping Berkhamsted a great place to play, compete, and grow through sport. Netball has officially moved to the heart of the Berkhamsted sports community, taking its rightful place as a premier sport alongside our most historic clubs; cementing its role as a vital and permanent part of our town’s shared athletic heritage.

We can't wait to see what this next chapter brings , for our players, our families, and for netball in Berkhamsted.
